The Social Media Influence Legal Starter package is a flat-fee legal support package, provided by our New York lawyers, for content creators, podcasters, and influencers with a focus on psychedelics or sustainability.

For a flat-fee of $1,400, the package includes:

  • A one-hour legal consultation with an attorney to discuss your business, applicable legal risks, and optimal compliance strategy.

  • A follow-up best practices document for you and your brand.

  • A tailored services and/or licensing agreement with appropriate creator-favored provisions.

  • A legal review of your content and brand for any potential legal or professionalism concerns (e.g., FTC regulatory compliance).

This package is subject to additional terms and conditions. Pricing is in United States Dollars (USD) subject to applicable taxes (if any).
